Hybrid Work Model

We embrace a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Team members can work from our official locations or remotely, based on their role and team agreements. This approach allows us to attract top talent and empower our employees to work where they are most productive.

Core Hours & Flexibility

Our core business hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 CAT (Central Africa Time), Monday to Friday. While we expect team members to be available during these core hours for collaboration and client communication, we also offer flexibility to accommodate different schedules and personal needs. We trust our team to manage their time effectively to meet their responsibilities.

Time Off

  • Annual leave: per contract and local labor laws.
  • Sick leave: notify your manager as soon as possible.
  • Public holidays: according to country of contract.
